Job Description

a. Supervises and manages the school library/media center.
b. Provides services and resources that allow students to develop skills in locating, evaluating, synthesizing, and using information.
c. Serves as teacher, materials expert, and curriculum adviser to ensure that the library/media center is involved in instructional programs of the school.
d. Provides group instruction and individual guidance to students to help them locate resources and use research techniques.
e. Serves as an information resource for users of library/media center materials.
f. Initiates and implements library programs and activities that promote use of resources and encourages love for reading.
g. Performs preparatory tasks involved in the acquisition of new library resources such as encoding, printing of barcode labels, processing and proper dissemination of booklists and bulletins.
h. Prepares budget for acquisition of library materials and collection.
i. Prepares and keeps statistical records in the use of LRC resources.

Qualification

a. Registered Librarian is an advantage or with ongoing preparations for the licensure examination.
b. With minimum of two years of experience in library/media center in school setting.
c. Adept in library science, library information systems, and library services.

The Purchasing Assistant processes orders of equipment, materials and supplies as per school’s needs.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management or any associated course.
  2. Relevant work experience/s with one-year relevant work experience.
  3. Relevant skills and training.
  4. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly in MS Excel.
  5. With good understanding in supply management.
  6. With strong attention to detail, negotiation and organizational skills
  7. Excellent communication skills.

Job Description

1. Provides technical and administrative support to the users of laboratories.
2. Prepares laboratory practicals, including set-up and breakdown as per teachers’ instruction, testing such labs and equipment beforehand so as to ensure a successful learning experience.
3. Performs maintenance, cleaning, and storage of equipment.
4. Ensures safe storage and removal of harmful chemicals and equipment including checking of gas lines in the chemistry laboratory.
5. Assists the teacher in the supervision of laboratory practicals when needed.
6. Maintains the upkeep of equipment, fixtures and supplies in the laboratories in coordination with the teacher-in-charge.

Qualifications

1. Completed a Bachelor’s Degree in Science-related programs.
2. Preferably with training in hazardous waste management
3. With good understanding of laboratory information system and processes

The Nurse supports student success by providing health care through assessment, intervention, and follow-up for all children within the school setting. He/she also provides healthcare assistance to school personnel.

Qualifications:

a. Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
b. A Registered Nurse (RN).
c. Preferably with experience in a school setting.
