Online Admissions & Enrollment for SY 2021-2022

ONLINE ADMISSIONS

For New Students

Submission of Application Requirements

  1.  The following are the Application Requirements:
                 – Form 138 (latest report card of the current school)
                 – Application for Admission Form
                 – Recommendation Form
                                 >  For Grades 4 – 12, either from Guidance Counselor or Homeroom Adviser
                                 >  For Kinder to Grade 3 – Recommendation Form is not required
  2.  Requirements shall be submitted as scanned or clear photo documents via email to admissions@ses.edu.ph
     Subject:  Requirements – Student Name
  3.  The school can either return the recommendation form to you or can directly email admissions@ses.edu.ph by following the instructions given.

Evaluation of Documents

    1.  After the requirements have been submitted and reviewed, the Guidance Associate will send an email regarding the payment of a Php500 application fee.
    2.  For Grades 4 to 12: Confirmation of Admissions Test and Interview Schedule will be sent two (2) days prior to the schedule.
    3.  For Kinder to Grade 3: Confirmation of Interview Schedule will be sent two (2) days prior to the schedule.  There is no online admissions test for Kinder to Grade 3. 

Payment of Application Fee

    1. Pay the Application Fee through online/mobile banking bank transfer facility or GCash to the following account details:

    2. Email admissions@ses.edu.ph a screenshot of payment receipts.  
      Subject: Application Payment – Last Name

Interview / Admissions Test

    1. Separate schedules are set for Online Test and Interview.
    2. Instructions for the online Admissions Test will be sent two (2) days prior to the schedule.
    3. The interview via Google Meet will be sent two (2) days prior to the schedule.

Issuance of Letter of Acceptance

    1. Letter of Acceptance will be sent 2 or 3 days after the interview.
    2. The letter will include the enrollment and payment procedures.
    3. Non-refundable Reservation Fee of Php 1000 shall be paid through online/mobile banking bank transfer facility or Gcash.
    4. The Reservation Fee shall be deducted from the assessment fee during the enrollment process.

ONLINE ENROLLMENT

For Continuing Students

Log in at https://ses.campus-erp.com/StudentPortal or by visiting www.ses.edu.ph and navigate to ‘Student’ tab and select ‘Student Portal’.

User name – Student’s ID Number (6 digits)

Password – User Password

Notifications

Kindly read the Announcement and choose to update your official photo for your updated School ID picture.

Student Photo

  1. Softcopy of ID photo will be used for the Student ID.
  2. The photo shall be taken with white background, wearing a polo with collar of any color.  Please refer to the sample below.
  3. The photo must be in .jpg / .jpeg format

Crop and Upload Photo

  1. Browse / Choose your photo image.  It must be in jpg format.
  2. Resize or crop according to the desired picture.
  3. Click ‘Upload’.

Change your current Password

You have the option to change your password.  The school suggests that you update your password every year for safety purposes.

Creating a New Password

The system will redirect you to setup a new password.  Please follow the suggested password requirement in creating a new password.  Click ‘Submit

Check and revalidate your profile information 

Update the Student Information

Fill-out completely the required information. 

These information are to used by the school to communicate with parents, send notices, school communication, surveys, circulars, and other important announcements and reminders.

Enrollment and Registration

Click the ‘Enrollment / Registration’ menu in the navigation panel on the left side of the screen.

School Group and Year Level

The School Group and Year Level will be displayed.  For Grades 11 and 12, choose the strand on the drop-down list of Course/Program.

Select the preferred ‘Payment Mode’ (Full Payment, Quarterly, Monthly or Semi-Annual) and click Fees Assessment.

The breakdown of fees and the payment of reservation fee will be shown on the Account Summary.

Upon Enrollment Due

  1. Please note the Upon Enrollment Due.  This is the amount to be paid upon enrollment.
  2. Read Withdrawal and Payment Agreement.
  3. Click Assessment Form to have a printed copy of the assessment and payment schedule.
  4. Click Save to finalize the online registration and assessment.

Pay the Upon Enrollment Due through online/mobile banking bank transfer facility or GCash to the following account details:

Payment Receipt and Confirmation

  1. Email finance@ses.edu.ph to notify SES of payment made.
  2. Attach a screenshot of online payment confirmation advice
  3. Subject: Student’s Name (Last Name, First Name Middle Initial) and Grade level
  4. The Finance Office will reply to your email with the Official Receipt Number within three (3) working days after the receipt of your payment confirmation.

ONLINE REGISTRATION

For New Students

Email Confirmation

Qualified Applicants will receive an email confirmation from Admissions Office with the list of required documents for submission to Registrar’s Office.

Enrollment Requirements

Prior to enrollment period, prepare the following documents as Enrollment Requirements.  Take a screenshot or scan these documents.
These shall be sent as an attachments during the enrollment period.  The enrollment for SY 2021-2022 would be from July 1 to July 31, 2021.

Enrollment Requirements:

  1. Two (2) photocopies of PSA Birth Certificate
  2. Two (2) photocopies of Baptismal Certificate (For Roman Catholic)
  3. Form 138 – Official Copy Report Card with LRN or Government Recognition Permit Number
  4. Certification of Good Conduct (for Grades 4 to 12 only)
  5. Recommendation Forms (for Grade 4 – 12 only;  same copies used during the admissions)
  6. Additional Requirements for High School Students:
      • QVR Certificate from PEAC for incoming Grade 11 and Grade 12 students
      • Certificate of ESC coverage for incoming Grade 11 students coming from ESC-participating school
      • Photocopy of the Certificate of Junior High School Completion  
  7. For Foreign Students:
      • School Records (English Translation)
      • Photocopy Passport
      • Authorized Stay
      • Special Study Permit (SSP)

Student Photo

Temporary Student ID Number

The Registrar’s Office will reply to the parent’s email with the Student’s ID Number and Online Enrollment Procedures after the validation of submitted documents and registration to ERP.

ONLINE ENROLLMENT

For New Students

Log in at https://ses.campus-erp.com/StudentPortal or by visiting www.ses.edu.ph and navigate to ‘Student’ tab and select ‘Student Portal’.

User name – Temporary Student number

Password – Temporary password is provided and sent by the Registrar’s Office.

Setting Up a New Password

A message prompt  will ask the parent to setup a new password.  Click ‘Ok’.

Creating a New Password

The system will redirect you to setup a new password.  Please follow the suggested password requirement in creating a new password.  Click ‘Submit

Update the Student Information
